Isak v Jackson:

In this weeks comparison I want to compare the higher end striker options, with the two best being Isak and Jackson.

Before I start writing I think its best to warn you I may have a slight bias for Isak as I currently have him in my team, Although I have had both in my squad through out the year.

Jackson Vs Isak

Both have pretty good fixtures coming up over the next 6 game weeks, although I do prefer Jacksons run of games, despite Isaks away fixture against Ipswich.

They both have the exact same expected points so far this season(71), but Jackson has picked up 9 extra in the opening 16 game weeks. Both players in all honesty are great options( as long as they stay fit) and either of them is a worthwhile pick, especially if you haven’t got rid of Haaland yet and are looking to shift him.

As a final comparison Jackson has picked up 9 goals and 4 Assists so far this season compared to the 7 goals and 4 assists Isak has picked up, with both roughly performing what was expected of them.

Over the break I will be sticking with Isak over the coming weeks.

Buys of the week:

  • Robinson (Fulham): A direct and popular replacement for Aït-Nouri with good fixtures.

  • Alexander Isak (Newcastle): Becoming a template forward choice for the experts.

  • Ahmad Diallo (Man United): A budget midfield option showing promise.

  • Enzo Fernández (Chelsea): Still a viable budget midfielder, though less preferred than Ahmad.

  • Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest): Reliable forward option for budget-conscious managers.

  • Lewis Hall: An alternative defensive option, though not as popular as Robinson.

Don’t buys:

  • Danny Welbeck:

    • Status: Injured and rotation risk.

    • Fixtures: Tough after West Ham and Brentford.

  • Matheus Cunha:

    • Status: Likely suspension.

    1. Brenden Johnson:

      • Fixtures: Tough; rotation risk.

    2. Garnacho & Rashford:

      • Status: Uncertain Manchester United lineup inclusion.

    3. Dwight McNeil:

      • Fixtures: Tough; low attacking potential.

      • Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United): Playing deeper.

      • Madison (Leicester): Rotation risk and poor fixtures.

      • Rayan Aït-Nouri (Wolves): Most transferred out due to suspension and poor fixtures.

Differential pick of the week:

Amad

Okay time for me to rant on about how I made one of my best ever Fantasy Football Decisions two game weeks ago.

Amad, with two assists and a goal in those two games, with a last 5 minutes of the Manchester Derby really bringing it into a Christmas Miracle with him winning a penalty and then scoring the winner at the death. I am picking him out again as my choice for differential of the week. Bournemouth is next and i am confident of some returns from him once again.

Captain picks:

im the captain now GIF by Showtime

Gif by showtime on Giphy

  • Salah : Clear favorite due to form and favorable matchup against a struggling Spurs defense.

  • Palmer : A differential option, playing against Everton.

  • Isak: Form and Ipswich's defensive vulnerabilities make him another viable differential.
