How I done last week
Finally after three weeks, I finally got above average again! Woah didn’t think I would be saying that for a long time.

56 points outside haaland blank as captain the week was a good success.

Player comparison:
Saka vs palmer:
So when it comes to our premium midfielders we only really have Salah, Saka and Palmer to choose from. All three are now going into a tricky run of fixtures over the next four game weeks but you defiantly need atleast one of them in your team. For arguements sake here we have taken Salah out of this as id say in these fixtures he is more likely to score, but with Chelsea and Arsenal coming up in the next two game weeks you really never know.
Palmer is the option everyone is looking at with his four goal haul against Brighton in Game week six. This however did lead to many mangers putting him in for Saka for him to then have a poor game week and Saka to get 16 points(Hence this debate today). If we go by just stats along Palmer just about wins this debate with him averaging 9.6 points per start this season compared to Saka and his 7.7.
Palmers fixtures over the next four game weeks are away to liverpool and man untied, then home games against Newcastle and Arsenal. Not a nice run of games, and personally i wouldn't bring Palmer in this game week with an away fixture against the leagues best defence, who he has also never scored against.
On the other hand here we have Saka, whos games also dont look the best with away games against Bournemouth, Newcastle and Chelsea coming up in the next four game weeks and then a tricky home fixture against Liverpool in game week 9.

Saka
Personally here i would go with Saka this weekend, despite his injury risk i am pretty confident he will start for Arsenal this weekend, and although not a good fixture i much prefer Bournemouth away than Palmers Liverpool away. WIth my plan being to keep Saka this week and then switch him for Palmer next week as i do rate Palmers point scoring potential to be higher in the Newcastle and United games. With then to aim to get both players into my twam for their game week 12 fixtures.
Solanke vs jackson:
Both of these strikers I would defiantly put in the same bracket as second tier attackers on FPL. However who would be the best for the next few game weeks?
I really like the look of Solanke compared to Jackson over the next four game weeks. With it being a very similar story to why I wouldn't have Palmer this week being that Liverpool away fixture coming up. Even Jacksons fixtures after look a lot harder over the next month compared to Solanke having West Ham, Palace, Villa and Ipswich, which are a lot easier games.
Solanke has also underperformed has XG and expected points while Jackson has slightly over performed. I am sure next week we can look back at this and agree Solanke is the right choice up to game week 12 where then there is a simple and easy switch between the two players

Solanke
Injury updates:

Starting with Arsenals two injuries Havertz and Saka, both look like they will be available to play this weekend.
Both Onana and Konsa are still doubts.
Wissa is still a doubt for this weekend and i would say not likely to start.
Joao Pedros ankle injury looks to be much more long term with no return date as of yet. If hes still your third sub i wouldnt waste a transfer on him but i would recommend to get him gone ASAP.
Isak may be fit to play this weekend but i wouldnt put him in yet just incase as there is still some doubt over his fitness
Tyler Dibling is still a slight doubt for this weekend although reports do suggest he will play.
For Spurs Son is a doubt but is expected to be ready. However spurs do have much better choices that i would go for.
Buys of the week:
Delap:
If you need a cheaper striker here is your man a great three fixtures coming up, why not roll the dice
Solanke:
Second tier striker, easy fixtures hitting a bit of form easy pick if your looking a striker thats not Haaland.
Gvardiol:
Mna city defender, Has a chance of attacking returns, really easy next three games
Van de ven:
Spurs have some good fixtures coming up, not many other great defensive options at the moment so why not be different
Johnson:
SPURS,SPURS,SPURS have i said it enough, theyre games look by far the best at the moment, Johnson 11 goals in 13 games now as a midfielder if you dont have him get him.
Mbeumo:
Best Midfield option outside the premium options averaging 7 points per game, its just stupid to not have him.
Don’t buys:
Eze:
Stats say hes great and ive tried to fight his case for too long, until underlining stats= points i’d stay away
Joao Pedro:
Hes injuried remember with no return time.
Trent:
May be the best defence in the league and if you have him keep him, but dont buy him till December
Ben white:
Not the best games coming up, i’d get Gabriel above him
Konate:
Again not the best fixutures although i’d have him over trent depending on how Liverpool handle this run of fixtures
Palmer:
Hold off till next week please, or till game week 12, you will thank me for this hes blanking this week.
Differential pick of the week:
Time for a new part to the newsletter. Every week from now on I am going to try give one differential pick and then see how many points they get that week and add it all together at the end of the week. I need someone to compete against me though with this, so if your interested please hit me up over email “[email protected]”
My first pick ever is Delap:
His Fixtures coming up just excite me for £5.7 as a striker I think hes an excellent option not just this week but long term. Everton, Brentford and Leicester are his next three games and i could see him scoring twice over those games. If you need a cheap striker in order to have more budget elsewhere in your team i would 100% go for Delap

Delap
Captain picks:
You will all hate me for this captain pick, but despite his two blanks in a row Haaland has to be captain, Wolves away is a very good fixture, and i really cant see him blanking for a third game week in a row.

Haaland
If you dont have Haaland then Salah seems like the next option and then i would actually go with Solanke as my third option.
My team:
This is my team for game week 8. Two changes with Diaz going out for Johnson and Jackson going out for Solanke. Really hoping for a good result for Spurs this weekend.
Expected to get 66 points according to the Fantasy Football hub, which is 5 points less than there fully optimsed team so not bad.
I hope you all have a good weekend and get loads of points
